Mandatory Player Evaluation Days on 9/6 and 9/13. See times below.

6-8 Year old division: 8:30 am - 10:00 am

9-11 Year old division: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

12-14 Year old division: 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

Practice schedules and Game schedules will be released on 9/25. 

• You will receive a call from your coach along with an email from Sunrise with all  of the NFL Flag Football Season information by 9/20.
• Practices will be sometime M-F between 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm (Practices will be earlier as we lose light in October)
• Each team will receive (2) 1  hour practices within the time frame listed above
• Games will be on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings/afternoons. First game will be on 10/3 or 10/4.
• Games will be played at Rusch Park or Westwood Park.
